Description

PhD in the project: Ecogenomics of genome-streamlined freshwater methylotrophs

Interested in the ecology of streamlined freshwater bacteria. Focusing on “Ca. Methylopumilus” from a genetic intra + interspecific perspective that underlies the physiological and evolutionary advantages that this group possesses explaining their rampant abundance in freshwater lakes globally.
